Quoted prices will include:

Complimentary refreshment on arrival, full English breakfast, a morning newspaper of your choice per room and bedside mineral water.

During bank holidays there is a minimum stay of three nights and a minimum of 2 nights for high season weekends.
A fifty percent deposit will be required to secure the room.

Please note that deposits are non refundable and if you cancel your reservation within seven days of your booked time of arrival you may be liable for the remaining amount of your booking. We strongly advise you to arrange travel insurance to cover in case of cancellation. Please read your confirmation of booking receipt for full terms and conditions.
